Steelhead fishing should start picking up here in the next couple weeks. ill be heading out next weekend to find out if its still to early. ill be fishing the shelf ice wich can be very scary at times. if any body has fished the shelf ice on the salmon river before you know exactly what im talking about. i will post detailed reports with pictures after my trip.
